We all experience stress in our daily lives. Whether it is a busy work schedule and focusing on our finances, raising children, navigating relationships, or trying to maintain our health and fitness, the pressure we feel from the outside world to be our very best can sometimes be overwhelming.
Stress is the inability to adapt to changing circumstances. And yet change is the one constant thing we can be sure of in life.
When we experience stress it shows up as ‘brain noise’. The more stress we have, the busier our minds are and the harder it is to quieten the constant buzz that goes on in our head.
